1

Allows you to enable the level alarm signal from the probe input or minimum level float (C-MIN-MAX input).

- In the OFF position, a change in input status does not trigger an alarm signal.

- In the ON position, a change in input status, depending on the emptying or filling function, triggers an alarm signal on the panel and activates the dry contact alarm output and the voltage alarm output.

2

3

Allows you to enable the clicson input for motor overtemperature monitoring.

- In the OFF position, the clicson inputs are activated.

- In the ON position, the clicson inputs are deactivated.

If the inputs are deactivated and the motors do not have a thermal cutout, it is not necessary to

jump them.

4

5

Allows you to select whether the C-MIN-MAX probe input is used in emptying or filling mode.

- In the OFF position (filling), the input will be used to enable the system in the absence of water. The C-MIN-MAX input must be open to enable the system. If using an on/off float control, use the C-MAX input.

- In the ON position (emptying or pressurizing), the input will be used to enable the system in the presence of water. The C-MIN-MAX input must be closed to enable the system. If using an on/off float control, use the C-MAX input.

NB: If you are not using a minimum level control, jumper the C-MAX input.

6

Allows you to activate the self-holding function for the

start/stop floats for wastewater drainage.

With this setting, you must connect the stop float to the C-MAX input and the start floats to G/P1 and G/P2.

- In the OFF position, the self-holding function of the floats is deactivated.

- In the ON position, the self-holding function of the floats is activated.

NB: Do not activate on pressurization systems. Activate during draining only if the C-MIN-MAX input is used with a float or level probes.

7

Allows you to activate a delay before the board is enabled in the event of a power failure.

- In the OFF position, the panel will activate immediately upon restoration of the power supply.

- In the ON position, upon restoration of the power supply, the panel will activate after 30 seconds.

Note: After a power failure, the panel will reactivate while maintaining the previously set AUT-0-MAN status.

8

Allows you to enable the automatic motor switching function.

- In the OFF position, input G/P1 directly and independently controls output motor 1, and input G/P2 directly and independently controls output motor 2.

- In the ON position, each call from input G/P1 activates the motor outputs alternately, and if input G/P2 is also activated, both motors will operate.

The enabled switcher allows, in addition to alternating the motors with each call from input G/P1, switching in the event of:

• Overcurrent of one motor.

• Standby of one motor.

• Lack of water upon subsequent automatic reset.

Diagnostics

If the system does not start, evaluate the CONDUCTIVITY status of the liquid and the position of the SENSITIVITY TRIMMER (SENS. PROBE).

Trimmer Probe Sensitivity

SENS PROBE.webp

Set the sensitivity based on the conductive characteristics of the liquid.

HIGHLY CONDUCTIVE Liquid: set LOW value (tending to 1)

POORLY CONDUCTIVE Liquid: set HIGH value (tending to 9)

Note: factory setting is set to MEDIUM

Current Motor Trimmer

TRIMMER MOTORI.webp

Adjust with appropriate equipment (or small screwdriver) the MIN current TRIMMER and MAX current TRIMMER associated with Pump M1 and Pump M2.

sfondo tondi sezioni.webp

MINIMUM CURRENT TRIMMER

Adjust with -10% - 15% compared to the nominal motor current*

sfondo tondi sezioni.webp

MAXIMUM CURRENT TRIMMER

Adjust with a +10% + 15% compared to the nominal motor current*

* Data available on the nameplate of the electric pump or, if illegible, use a clamp meter, ensuring that the pump is operating under normal conditions. If there are further reading difficulties, proceed to assisted calibration.

Assisted Calibration

Assisted Calibration

MINIMUM current assisted calibration

Access the parameter setup and select the parameter: "CURRENT SETTING M1-M2".

The display shows the threshold value corresponding to the MIN/MAX current trimmers adjustment.

From this screen, you can start the motor manually and the current draw is displayed.

Adjust the M1/M2 MIN trimmer to a value approximately 15% lower

than the current draw.

Note: To calibrate the minimum current, the motor must be started in the presence of water.

The current scale is related to the power of the control panel model: from 1 to 17 Amps (7.5 kW) or from 15 to 31 Amps (15 kW).

Assisted calibration MAXIMUM current

Access the parameter setup and select the parameter: "CURRENT SETTING M1-M2".

The display shows the threshold value corresponding to the MIN/MAX current trimmers adjustment.

From this screen, you can start the engine manually and the absorbed current value is shown on the display; then adjust the M1/M2 MAX trimmer to a value approximately 15% higher than the absorbed value.

Note: To calibrate the maximum current, the motor must be started in the presence of water.

The current scale is related to the power of the control panel model: from 2 to 18 Amps (7.5 kW) or from 16 to 32 Amps (15 kW).
